Process management
Process management stands for monitoring, supporting and enabling of processes. This may
apply to setting up, moving and supervising the planning of an ICT infrastructure. The role
of the process manager is especially that of a facilitating stimulator and director. Our process
managers are also called upon to resolve problems in projects that are already underway
or to speed up a process. We provide the link between you and all parties involved in the
process for, at times, very complex issues.
