Building management
Throughout the entire process, from drawing up the program of requirements to the
completion, you will be supported by us. We offer a concrete plan in accordance with
your wishes, manage the design team and take you through the essential steps, by
means of steering committee meetings. You will be receiving advice throughout the
entire process in a transparent manner as to the choices you need to make in regard to
money, organization, time, information and quality of the construction, the progress of the
process, requesting of permits and hiring of the contractors.
The architect and other advisors will be selected in consultation with the Client.
Oostelbos Van den Berg can take over some of the existing risks from you, if you decide to
assign the entire design team to be our responsibility. Obviously, the client may also opt
for a more traditional method of operation and independently enter into agreements based
on our advice.
Oostelbos Van den Berg is called upon for all phases of the design and building process,
but if required, our specialists can also be called for just one aspect of the development.
